How do you get ready for the Superbowl of Ironman races, Ironman Hawaii? Training for an end of the season Ironman is very tricky and even harder when you consider all the hype you will experience once you land on the big island of Hawaii. Triathletes assume that they will only have to deal with the heat and humidity that the Island has to offer. Wrong! The bike has some long climbs with up to 60mph head winds and the run is anything but flat. This program will have you peaking race day rather then dreading another long ride at the end of the season as well as help you prepare for the challenging swim, bike and run course in Kona.
Includes a detailed training plan for the 3-weeks after the race (27 weeks of detailed training in total). Our goal is to make sure that you are not only successful on race day, but properly recover after the race making sure you are ready for future races and training. Athletes will also have Q and A access for 5 weeks following their Ironman.
