Cannondale Joins Multisports.com as the Official Bike Sponsor

Multisports.com is proud to announce a partnership with Cannondale Bicycles where Cannondale will supply the coaching staff at Multisports.com with the latest Ironman line of bikes. These bikes will be an even lighter and faster bike than what Faris Al-Sultan road to win the 2005 Ironman World Championship. Cannondale will also have dealers on hand at Multisports.com training camps across the country offering demo rides on their latest Ironman line of bikes. “We’re excited to work with a company that understands our sport and is as committed as we are to multisport athletes and their needs” said 8-time Hawaii Ironman Champion and partner in Multisports.com, Paula Newby-Fraser. “We were talking with several bicycle companies and I test rode them all. Understanding the diverse needs of our athletes, the performance, quality and range of Cannondale’s bike line sealed the deal for me.”

“We are extremely pleased to be partnering with an organization that shares the same dedication to performance and has a passion for working with athletes worldwide,” said Matt Mannelly, CEO of Cannondale Bicycle Corporation.

When it comes to off-road triathlons, look for the team from Multisports.com to be competing aboard the all new Cannondale Rush. Designed and developed with 24 Hour National Champion David “Tinker” Juarez, the Rush was designed to meet the needs of ‘long haul’ XC racing like Xterra. It boasts 4” of balanced suspension travel and a comfortable upright geometry—perfect for long days—and nights!
