Through a special arrangement with Ironman, we have a limited number of race entries available to our athletes. All packages include race entry.
Online Training Programs
Ironman
This 27-week race specific training programs provide a detailed training program
specific to the Ironman event, along with a special Q and A section with Roch and Paul,
have produced a 99% success rate for all members from first time Ironman competitors to the elite.
Ironman 70.3
This 8 week program is an extremely detailed training program setup specifically for the Ironman 70.3 distance.
Whether you're a beginner or veteran of the sport, this program will optimize your training
and race potential.
