Looking for some one-on-one coaching with the best coaches and/or athletes in the sport of triathlon? Here is your opportunity to perfect your training and racing with a weekend of personal attention by one of the Multisports.com staff.

The purpose of the weekend one-on-one session is to supply you with a very personal attention addressing your individual needs associated with training and racing. This could include technical aspects such as Anaerobic Testing and Video taping or training sessions in all three sports with the Multisports.com staff member of your choice.
Details
After you request a one-on-one training session we check to see if the Multisports.com staff member you requested is available. Once the weekend has been confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire that will help us setup the weekend so that it is tailored to your needs. You will then receive a phone call from your Personal Weekend coach to outline the details of the weekend. The weekend schedule is then setup and a copy sent to you for final approval prior to your arrival.
This is your weekend so you tell us what you want to cover and we will do all we can to meet you needs. Topics/training sessions covered during the weekend could include, but are not limited to:
- Bike AT testing
- Bike fit
- 1-6 hour bike ride.
- Swim Video taping above and below the water and analysis
- Swim drill progression and technical correction.
- Open water swim session.
- Track, fartlek or interval run session
- Longer run session of 90-120min.
- Strength Training session
- Transition training practice.
- Run AT testing
- Casual discussions on race nutrition, strength training, training periodization, heart rate training, mental training, race Strategy, etc.
Weekend Schedule:
Weekends for the Multisports.com staff are limited, but we will strive to meet your schedule.
A sample schedule for your weekend might look like:
- Friday: Arrive at destination in the late afternoon/ early evening. Your Multisports.com coach will greet you at the airport and transport you to your hotel followed by dinner.
- Saturday: A full day of testing and or training. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided
- Sunday: Morning training and or testing session then transportation back to the airport.
At the end of the camp your coach will take you through a series of questions that will help him or her set you up with a training schedule for the next 6-weeks. During the time of this 6-week training schedule you with have the opportunity to have two phone conversations with your coach to answer any training schedule or racing questions.
Cost
The cost of the Personal Weekend Coaching Clinic is USD$3500. $500.00 non-refundable deposit is requested 7 days after confirmation of the date. Remainder of payment is required 7 days prior to first day of clinic.
Fee includes:
- Two nights accommodation
- All meals from arrival to departure (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Sunday Breakfast)
- Ground transportation to and from airport and to and from any training venues
- All training facility costs.
