Ironman Online Programs

Paul and Roch
Paul Huddle & Roch Frey
Race specific 27 week Ironman training for the athlete who wants a structured 5-month program to take you successfully to your Ironman finish, and three weeks beyond. Our goal is to make sure that you are not only successful on race day, but properly recover after the race making sure you are ready for future races and training.

  • Ask The Coaches Ironman Distance by Roch Frey & Paul Huddle.
    The same Q&A support provided to athletes in their on-line training programs to those who are no longer subscribed or those who simply need an objective point of view to assist their training.

Online Programs

  • Year round program (Our most popular program) for sprint to 1/2-ironman distance.This is a year 'round structured training program that will give you the personal touch you need with the convenience of on-line service. Each six week program builds from the previous one giving you a systematic training program to help you reach your potential at any triathlon distance.

  • Women's Only Program Paula and Heather have combined to develop the most innovative training programs with 'feminine' issues and angles in mind. A year round triathlon training for sprint to Olympic distance.

  • HALF Ironman 8-week Training Program Finally, a Specific training program for that middle distance of a half Ironman. Detailed training programs developed for different -Ironman races.

  • Ask The Coaches Sprint to Half Ironman by Roch Frey & Paul Huddle.

Print (hardcopy) Programs either with or without online access to the coaches

  • 8-week Sprint or Olympic Distance These 8-week printed schedules and supporting information will take you through a well-designed and logical buildup and taper for your sprint or olympic distance triathlon. Whether you're a beginner or a veteran, this program will optimize your training and race potential from start to finish.

  • 9-week Ironman Distance Training Program Are you comfortable with your year round training, but want to fine-tune your final specific Ironman preparation phase?
