Women's Only Online Triathlon Training Program

Paula and Heather have combined to develop the most innovative training programs with 'feminine' issues and angles in mind.

"We have worked to create personal and manageable programs drawing from our combined 25-plus years of racing and training. At the core of it all is our understanding of the somewhat new and evolving place that athletics is taking in our lives and in the lives of women as a whole. In addition, all the special needs and considerations you may have as a female athlete will be addressed. This is 'our' forum."

The programs will run year round and can take you through sprint to Olympic distance events. Each increment will build and focus from the one previous to guide you to your goal. It is progressive, understandable, and easy to follow regardless of your ability level.

In addition to all of this, an on going, open Q & A forum on triathlon relevant topics will be answered by Heather and Paula. Members will also have their own personal, on-line logbook that not only keeps track of their training but, should they request feedback, allows the coaches to spot a potential problem.

Is triathlon different for women? Let two of the most accomplished women in the sport teach you what over 25-years of training, racing, and living the sport of triathlon has taught them. With over 30 international Ironman v ictories (including nine Hawaiian Ironman World Championships) and a boat load of wins at other distances, you couldn't find a better source of triathlon knowledge on the planet (although their spouses would argue this point).

This program is offered on an ongoing basis and is published at 6-week intervals, three days prior to the beginning of the cycle.

If you join after the end of the second week and before the end of the sixth week, your have the options of starting today and first cycle will cost $50.00USD, or waiting till the beginning of the next cycle. Each subsequent cycle will cost $75.00USD.

By registering via credit card you authorize Multisports.com to automatically re-enroll you for subsequent 6-week programs at a cost of $75.00 each unless you cancel your registration 5 days prior to the beginning of the next program.

After we process your registration we will e-mail you with the access instructions. This may take as long as 24 hours.

Refund Policy: In the extreme case that you become injured or ill (to the point of not being able to use the training program), we will refund the time you missed or apply the appropriate amount of credit to a future program, For example, if you get injured two weeks into the program we will refund the remaining 4 weeks of the program or $50.00 of your $75 payment or apply $50.00 to the next 6-week program.
