John Duke has been a runner and triathlete since 1981. He has competed in scores of marathons and hundreds of triathlons races around the world including numerous trips to the Hawaii Ironman.
Since the mid 1980s John has trained with Paula Newby Fraser and together they co-founded Multisports.com. John is also the content director for Ironman and publisher LAVA Magazine
John worked for Reebok as a sports marketing consultant from 1992 until December, 2006 when he helped launch Newton Running as their sports marketing manager
